Before I touch anything, I ask why. What's broken? Who's it for? Skip this step, and everything after it is a guess.

2. I dig into the real context.

Your market, your users, what's already out there. I don't design in a bubble.

3. I plan it, then design it.

First I map out what this needs to say and do. Then I build it clean, simple, made to work, not just to look good in a screenshot.

4. I build and ship it.

Live, working, real. If it's Framer, you'll be able to update it yourself.

5. I stick around.

Launch isn't the finish line. I check what's working and fix what's not.

That's it. No jargon, no 40-slide deck. Just work that solves your problem.
